HOME ALONe 5!!!

Ok so last night I sat down and watched Home Alone 5 otherwise known as Home Alone: Holiday Heist. It dropped last week on the torrents after airing as a made for TV movie (just like Home Alone 4, but the less said about that the better) And I was actually quite shocked how much I enjoyed it! Of course it's not a patch on the first two films and I find the third a bit of a guilty pleasure. This time it's a new kid, a new family and set in a different city than the previous films. There's some nice nods to the previous films and replacing the loner old man from the first film and the pigeon lady from the second. This time it's an old game geek who the kid playes Xbox live with who can't afford to see his family at Christmas. Haha that sounds just awful from reading that, but the film had great Christmas theming (currently now starting to pop on any film that is set at christmas) and was fun to see the old guy from the Halloween movies and that chick from Goodfellas as the crooks, who are desperately trying to find an old painting in a secret passage in the family's basement. Anyways the film was better than it had any right to be, but I guessing after coming from the turd that was Home Alone 4 it didn't have much competition,
